The newest concept by Cameron Mitchell is a vibrant, high energy restaurant with timeless Italian techniques and a cosmopolitan atmosphere. Martini Modern Italian features innovative culinary presentations and progressive handcrafted cocktails, all in a sexy, cosmopolitan atmosphere. Specialties include brick-oven pizzetta, heirloom beet salad and Radiatore Diavola.

Jay from GlutenFreePost put out the word that he was taking 10 people to one of the city's best restaurants for a gluten free meal and I, of course, volunteered. The Cameron Mitchell restaurants are known for the fresh ingredients, beautiful presentations, and being sensitive to the concerns of diners with celiac disease and food allergies. When I mentioned the name, Martini, everyone was impressed. Now I know why.

One of the coolest spots to be seen in Columbus is Martini. The location, the atmosphere, the people, and the food…OMG the food! So as you may have read in an earlier post, the general manager of Martini invited The Gluten Free Post to try out their new GF Menu Martini GF. So I decided to hold a contest of sorts and bring 11 of my readers with me. Those who were quick enough to comment on that post were awarded with a really delicious and fun night!

This is how it worked…Eric, the general manager, gave us every single item on the menu and we had a sampler party! This was a great idea because there are things that some of us just would not have ordered but once it came, were very glad we tried it. There were definitely some favorites, but what amazed me is that everything was sooo good! How often could you try everything on a menu and not dislike a single thing?
