Martini Menu Additions Just in Time for Holidays - 12/17/10
Martini Modern Italian, a Cameron Mitchell Restaurant, has added four new items to its menu to kick off the holiday season. One appetizer, two new entrees and a new dessert treat join the restaurant’s acclaimed Italian menu.
Celebrating the warmth of the season, new items begin with a Butternut Squash Tortelloni, served with a delicious combination of Marcona Almonds and Brussels Leaves in a parmesan cream sauce.
Adding to the restaurant’s entrées are steak and seafood selections. A New York Strip entrée is a 12 ounce prime strip steak, paired with fingerling potatoes and a mushroom and tomato ragout. On the seafood menu is a seared Ahi Tuna accompanied by Prosciutto di Parma, gnocchi, capers, tomato and pine nuts.
Rounding out the menu for guests with a sweet tooth is a classic Italian favorite – Cannoli. This treat is filled with chocolate, with pistachios and candied orange.
“Martini has made a name for itself by offering our guests a variety of delectable Italian selections, but with a distinctively modern flair,” said CMR Corporate Chef Brian Hinshaw. “These new menu items further that tradition and give diners even more great choices in our restaurant.”
